To achieve a just and ambitious climate agenda, we must utilize all the tools available. This begins with diverse, climate-oriented progressive leadership. It includes government capacities to plan, invest, innovate, tax, monitor, and regulate. And it extends to the need to create new institutions to achieve the long-term goals of equity, decarbonization and resilience. From the campaign trail to Capitol Hill, our polling, analysis, and policy proposals aim to help progressive leaders and movements develop and achieve the institutional changes this moment demands.
